Apostle Rasby G. Mason, II Bio

Apostle Rasby G. Mason, is the founder of Temple of Deliverance Ministries, Inc. (Now iMPACT CHURCH) and Senior Pastor of Temple of Deliverance Full Gospel Baptist Church (Now iMPACT CHURCH) located in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Apostle Mason is a much sought-after preacher, leader, mentor, advisor, and spiritual father.  He operates with a wisdom that is uncanny and always serves with a spirit of excellence. He has enriched the body of Christ through this commitment to excellence, study of the word of God, humility, gifting, and his unyielding and genuine love for God’s people.

He is the founder and Apostle of Deliverance Family of Covenant Churches, a family consisting of pastors in various parts of the country submitted to his apostolic covering.   A man of God that moves when God moves,  in April of 2012, God moved yet again with the name change of the Family of Churches from Temple of Deliverance FGBC to “IMPACT Church” (Innovative Ministry Productively Addressing Current Times) with the first plant located in Shreveport, Louisiana .   IMPACT Church's motto is "Impacting Lives, Changing the World, One Person at a Time" Mark 16:15.  iMPACT Church is one church in three locations with North and South in Shreveport, Louisiana, and Dallas, Texas.

 Apostle Mason is deeply involved in the community and is the founder of Temple Human Services, a social service agency that takes a holistic approach in addressing the needs of the total man, and the To Our Destiny Community Development Corporation - a CDC dedicated to the enhancement of the quality of life for all residents of Shreveport and surrounding areas.

 Apostle Mason appreciates the value of scholarship in ministry.  He oversees the Dividing Truth School of Ministry where he provides training to pastors, ministers, and lay persons interested in deepening their walk with God.   Dedicated to education and growth, Apostle Mason received his Bachelor of Religious Studies, June 2012, from Word of Life Bible Institute, Tyler, Texas and is currently pursuing his Masters.

He is also the founder of the R.G. Mason Scholarship Fund. A ministry that aims to keep students in school by aiding by way of supplies, uniforms, and finances.

 Apostle Mason has served in the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship on the district, state, regional, and international arenas since the inception of Full Gospel in 1993. God has honored his faithfulness and hard work.  He served as First Assistant to the State Apostle of Louisiana and First Assistant to Apostle Oscar E. Brown, who serves as First Assistant to Apostle Paul S. Morton Sr. In June 2012, Apostle Mason was officially consecrated Apostle (Suffragan) by Apostle Paul S. Morton, Sr.    In August 2012, he was promoted to Episcopal Liaison to

First Assistant, Office of the 3rd Presiding Bishop.

 Apostle Mason understands that every pastor must have a pastor. Consequently, he is the proud spiritual son of Apostle L. Lawrence Brandon, Jr., First Assistant to the 3rd Presiding Bishop, Office of the 3rd Presiding Apostle of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship.   Although his commitment to the Body of Christ is demanding and significant Apostle Mason treasures his family. He and his partner in ministry-his lovely wife Pastor Jacqueline Mason, are the proud parents of children: Celebrity, Elizabeth, Rasby III, grandson Rasby IV, “Tre”, Nathan Noel, and granddaughter Jayla and Paisley Reign.
